Below are some quick answers to common questions for your primegames.net website account and how it differs from your in-game accounts.
Does my account on primegames.net matter in-game?
Yes! We only allow you to register an account for our website through our in-game servers.
In order to access our support center, server coin exchange/shop, forums, and more; you'll need to first join us in-game with /register
Once you've registered, simply login with the password you've chosen in-game. If you ever need to change it, you can do it from the website after that!
Do I need to pay real money for any account ranks?
We do not operate on a pay-to-purchase model for any PrimeGames items including our website/Discord ranks. Any previous ranks that were sold will likely not be honored in their previous form.
At our discretion, we may honor previous ranks or purchases in the form of in-game Coins or PG Cash due to the largely different server design we have today.

Since there's a lot of confusion about the different shops offered in-game and the fact that we have our shop available here on the website. We've put together a list of commonly asked questions and answers to help you understand our web store!
Do I need to spend real money for PG.Cash?
No!
All PG.Cash is earned from activity on our Discord/Website. You can get more PG.Cash using your in-game Coins which can be traded between servers using PG.Cash.
What are Special Items?
Anytime we have perks that can be added separate to the current ranks or have hard to obtain requirements in-game.
We may add items to our Special Items category so you can buy your favorite advancements without grinding them out.
Is the store active?
Yes! You can currently exchange PG Cash for in-game Coins or Tokens (for prison players!)
Can I buy PG.Cash?
I've enabled the shop to allow you to purchase PG.Cash as a donation. You can easily jump to that page by opening the main menu on the website and clicking your PG.Cash balance.

It'll ask how much credit you want to buy in USD and it'll whisk you off to PayPal to pay.
I've setup the system to offer 8x $1 in PG.Cash with a 500% bonus on it to discourage using it as a pay-to-progress method while offering an opportunity to support the server.
This breaks down to $10 = 80 PG.Cash * 500% = 400 PG.Cash total. I don't encourage you to buy-in PG.Cash though this reward exists as a thank you for supporting the server.
