On Thursday 11/8/2018, we announced an upcoming release of updated game modes on our servers in Discord. We're going to re-post that here and answer some of the FAQ's related to this update.

Earlier this year the development team started working on a major rewrite of all the server game modes and digital backbone. These changes will bring new features and improved performance to every aspect of PrimeGames. Due to the nature of this change, it will mean that all current game modes will be replaced with newer versions. We originally expected that this change would be happening around Jan 1, 2019.

CURRENTLY, WE ARE NOT SURE EXACTLY WHEN THIS UPDATE WILL OCCUR.

The information listed here is intended for applicants who wish to do software development. Any applications submitted through the Developers Application will be immediately denied if the applicant is attempting to apply for any other position. Description of Position:
Entry Level Developers will be asked to fill many roles but will be primarily responsible for updating existing software and creating new software as needed. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain documentation of software they are assigned or contribute to while properly responding to issues and pull requests in our issue trackers and GitHub. !!EMERGENCY ALERT!! BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THIS EXTREMELY RARE SET OF ARMOR!!
Most servers have been updated with a new feature that adds hard to find items to your mining drops. Among these items are the ultra rare "Epic PRIME Armor" set. The set includes all diamond pieces and a sword, each with custom enchants and marked as Epic PRIME.


During this update, 2 major modifications were made to the servers! Deathbringer has been UNBANNED to allow players to have a fighting chance against Epic PRIME Armor. Additionally, the crated feature has been updated to fix problems where some users were not getting anything from their keys.

New mining drops include some cosmetic items like MOB HEADS, and Dragon Eggs! There are some other useful PvP items as well.

Building Contest

Rules
1. The project must be in Prime Games’ Creative Server(play.primegames.in:19137)
2. One project is to one player only.
3. Copying build projects are strictly prohibited.

> Disobeying rules will lead to disqualification.

Criteria
- Creativeness - 30 points
- Size - 15 points
- Structure Complexity and Details - 25 points
- Terraforming - 30 points

Total: 100 points.

1. When the player won the weekly build contest, he/she will not be allowed to rejoin the next week’s weekly building contest.

The Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.5.0 update is rolling out across many devices. Our servers will be updated for this in the next couple of days. When we update, new aquatic content may not be available yet as there is still much testing and developing to do to bring these things to you.
Player's who have not updated should turn off automatic updates for Minecraft on your devices until we update.

On this day one year ago, April 28th 2017 Optimus opened Prime Games for the very first time. I remember we didn’t have Prison, or even a stable factions server. We really just had Survival, soon came along Skyblock and we expanded into Factions, Creative, Prison and so on. I have made many memories here, the bad and the good. Wow, a year just goes by so fast.. I mean dude look how far we have come since those survival days! I remember getting a text from Optimus saying “I opened a server it’s going to be awesome.” I doubted that, but looking at it now he was correct, it was going to be awesome, it is awesome. Little by little the server blossomed, and just to pay a small gift for a big server I decided to make some pretty cool looking art just for this special occasion. If you are currently having issues with a noticeable delay or lag while you're typing in chat, try this workaround:

Now type, and you should notice a significant improvement. This was only tested on a Win10 Edition, but may work for other versions as well.

This does not fix, other forms of lag, such as those cause by poor connections or low resources, or old hardware.
